Interior Plantscape Manager


Obtains Profit Contribution


Managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives



Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

Ensures safe operation of equipment and tools by regularly inspecting all equipment including, material handling carts, ladders, etc. and following manufacturer instructions, and established procedures for use, repair and replacement


Maintains Work Flow


Allocating resources; monitoring steps of the process, personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures, policies, practices and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions in the process or system; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments; coordinating with administrative staff.


Maintains Quality Service


Establishing and enforcing organization standards; identifying problems; examining solution options; implementing action plans; providing resources.


Serve Customers


Establishing critical service factors; maintaining quality service and operations; analyzing, defining, developing, and providing systems and resources; assessing results; anticipating trends.



Maintains Senior Staff
